Shot in the summer of 1999, Jalopy Hour was the extension of the What Balcony radio program created with Owen O’Toole in Boston 1985. The basic idea was a TV series where each episode took place in a different city with a troupe/crew of absurdists run amok. Twelve years later there as a 13 min edit and a 30 second spot.
